At Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, we believe in transparency and openness. No matter what you are looking for, our customer service department is always available to review your questions, discuss your concerns, and ensure that you are receiving the services, support, and information that you need. Our typical hours for customer service are 8-5, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you need to make contact with customer service outside of those hours, please leave a confidential voice message stating your name and phone number where you can be reached. Whenever you leave a message for a customer service representative, we will plan to return the call on the next business day.
